Chocolate Goddess Bread Pudding

1 loaf French bread cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup heavy cream
3 cups milk
¼ cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
2 Tbsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
6 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Place bread cubes into a 16 inch Dutch oven or a lasagna dish well buttered. Mix all ingredients together except eggs and chocolate chips. Add eggs and mix well. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the bread mixture. Pour egg mixture over the bread and let set for 20 minutes to soak up the the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for about 1 hour.

Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup Bailey’s
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together in a saucepan, bring to a full simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. You can pour this over the whole pan or individual servings.
