Cowboy Flavor is a premier onsite BBQ catering company located on the Central Coast of California, between Santa Maria and the Santa Ynez Valley, where wine country mingles with the rolling hills of our beautiful ranch land. Our business travels throughout California and across the nation to cater for special occasions. This is made possible by our equipment, which has wheels!

We have the privilege of living and enjoying the Western lifestyle on the ranches of the Pacific Slope, steeped deeply in the Vaquero Tradition, as well as the Spanish culture of Santa Barbara. We are proud to use some of our family's recipes that have been passed down for generations, dating back to their arrival in California with the De Anza Ride. Our area of specialization is the Santa Maria Style/Traditional Ranch BBQ and California Simpatico, which is a delightful blend of the Spanish and Hacienda cuisine of the great California Ranchos with a Southwestern influence. We offer much more than that, including a unique glimpse into the past where the Chuck Wagons and pioneers followed cow trails and trails West cooking on the ground in iron pots called Dutch Ovens. 

We specialize in creating customized menus for your special occasion, offering a range of options to choose from that will make your event unforgettable. Whether you're a cowboy or not, we cater to all. We take pride in creating the perfect menu for your special day.
