I am about finished with all of the wedding clean up, my family has returned home and I am just now beginning to relax and think about what a wonderful wedding party we had.
It was a gamble to plan a wedding party and chose a caterer online, with no ability to taste test, only online reviews to guide us, in the middle of a pandemic, but boy…..did that gamble pay off! It was such a pleasure working with you, Sue, over emails. You were always so reassuring and helpful! I was so grateful to be able to email you at any time (and I did!) to get the answers I needed. This was the first time I have ever catered an event, rented the tables, chairs, etc. and you both made it so much easier to navigate.
Your staff was amazing! I have to tell you that TJ (I hope I remembered her name correctly!) lifted such a load from my shoulders. She was so pleasant, calm and attentive during our walk thru before the party and was so capable that I knew I would be able to enjoy the evening. Her positivity was great to be around!
Finally, Billy. It was so great to work with you and Jose. (Name again! Hope I’m correct.) My family agreed that the food was the most important part of the party planning and we were not disappointed. It was amazing! There is not better way to bring people together than to share a great meal. Everyone there could not stop talking about the food and how wonderful it was! We’re still hearing from them! (And the leftovers were wonderful!) My only regret is that Keith and I never got dessert! We heard the peach cobbler was the best anyone has ever had! My mom couldn’t stop raving about it. I guess that means we’ll have to plan another party! :)
It really felt like a family event having you there and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for making our evening so memorable! We hope to have you back!
