A Few Cowboy Flavor Recipes 

Buckshot Pulled Pork

1 10-12# pork butt, (boneless if possible)
1 bottle (12 fl. oz.) BBQ Sauce
2 large yellow onions, peeled and sliced into ¼” rings
Cowboy Flavor Grilling and Roasting Spice Blend

Season butt liberally. Place half of the onions on the bottom of a deep Dutch oven. Place the meat over the onions and then place the rest of the onions on top of the meat. Pour BBQ sauce over all. 

Cover and cook in Dutch oven for 4 hours with medium heat on the top and light heat on the bottom. 

Alternate method: arrange all in a slow cooker and place on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.

Serves about 8-10 

This is great served with cornbread or on your favorite bun to make pulled pork sandwiches. 

Pork Butt??? Odd that this is called a butt when it comes from the other end of the pig! It is actually from the shoulder. It comes with bone in or boneless, and it is a very economical cut and is quite versatile.
