Central Coast Beef and Wine Festival
Hosted by the San Luis Obispo County CattleWomen Association
Saturday, August 6th
PASO ROBLES, California – July 25th, The San Luis Obispo County CattleWomen Association presents the first ever Central Coast Beef and Wine Festival. The event will be held Saturday, August 6th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Silo Barn at Halter Ranch Vineyard. This event is designed to both celebrate and educate guests all about our locally grown beef. Ranchers and producers who raise both beef and wine on their properties will be showcasing their wines alongside the sizzlin’ BBQ fare cooked-up by RFD-TV’s famed Cowboy Flavor. Proceeds from this fundraising event will feed into the San Luis Obispo County CattleWomen Association’s Agricultural Scholarships and must! charities.
The festival will be set up with beef & wine tasting stations for people to graze and sip their way through the historic & newly rejuvenated Halter Ranch Silo Barnyard. The beef is being provided by Harris Ranch, (partner to our local beef producers) and will be prepared by famed RFD-TV cooking celebrities Billy and Sue of Cowboy Flavor. Cowboy Flavor will be preparing beef dishes featuring various cuts of meat paired alongside our local wines for a unique tasting experience. SLO Co. Cattlemen BBQ masters and SLO Co. CattleWomen will be serving up & sharing “how-to” prep, cooking & health tips about beef, all to the rockin’ country sounds of Shelly Cargill & The Classics.
The ranches of California’s Central Coast produce superior cattle.
